Extra Virgin Coconut Oil is extracted
using the traditional expeller cold
pressed method.
Expeller press does not necessarily mean
that it is cold pressed but we only
allow our oil to go to temperatures
above 21C (70F).
We
also do not centrifuge spin our oil
either, many virgin coconut oils
manufactures use
centrifuge spinning, this takes the oil
to very high temperatures that are over
100 degrees from the high revolutions of
the mills.
We
guarantee that our coconut oil is
produced in the most sympathetic way
possible to keep all of it natural
goodness. We also guarantee that our
Coconut oil is from fresh coconut flesh and is not
copra derived.
Coconut oil has been used
by Pacific Islanders for centuries as a
major part of their diet and for
everyday usage. It has long been
considered as 'The Tree of Life!' High
in valuable Lauric Acid.
